J’ai découvert le mantrailing en rencontrant Paulina DRURI en 2018. J’ai eu l’occasion de participer à quelques stages encadrés par  Paulina avec ma chienne Dollie mais je me suis vite aperçu qu’elle préférait la détection.

Puis j’ai adopté Bell, une croisée malinois, en refuge. Elle présentait une très grande sensibilité aux humains inconnus et avec l’éducatrice qui nous accompagnait, nous avons décidé d’essayer le mantrailing pour que l’humain devienne quelque chose de positif et de fun. Bell a tout de suite été à l’aise dans cette discipline. Nous avons donc commencé à pratiquer de manière plus régulière, en participant à des stages et en pratiquant plusieurs fois par mois avec différents coachs.

En déménageant dans la Brenne, dans le centre de la France en 2024, j’ai constaté qu’il avait très peu d’offre de mantrailing et j’ai eu envie de suivre la formation  Sport Trailing Trainer GAK9 pour pouvoir proposer des sessions.

En attendant de créer ma propre entreprise, Bell et moi continuons à pratiquer et à nous former avec différents instructeurs GAK9.

I discovered mantrailing when I met Paulina DRURI in 2018. I had the opportunity to participate in a few courses led by Paulina with my dog Dollie, but I quickly realized that she preferred detection. Then I adopted Bell, a Belgian Malinois mix, from a shelter. She was very sensitive to unfamiliar humans, and with the trainer who accompanied us, we decided to try mantrailing so that human interaction could become something positive and fun. Bell was immediately comfortable with this discipline. So we began practicing more regularly, participating in courses and practicing several times a month with different coaches. When I moved to Brenne, in central France, in 2024, I realized there were very few mantrailing sessions, and I wanted to take the GAK9 Sport Trailing Trainer training course so I could offer sessions. While waiting to start my own business, Bell and I continue to practice and train with different GAK9 instructors.
