Mantrailing/manhunting
We train K9 handlers and their dogs the art of following the human scent.
Our trailing classes are designed for professional K9 handlers, SAR K9 handlers, civilians, as well as sport K9 handlers.
Sessions occur in a variety of environments allowing dogs and their handlers to progress through different stages through self-discovery.
We can test your and your dog’s ability to trail utilizing GAK9 International certifications.
Trailing sessions, trailing days, trailing weeks or seminars are available throughout the year.
From puppy to senior K9, we prepare the right challenge for each dog/handler team, regardless of age or maturity.

Uroš Gregorčič has been around animals since childhood. He has been working with horses and dogs for many years. In 2002 he started working with his dog at the National rescue group Slovenia (ERPS).
He passed all tests with his black lab Jazz, went on a lot of real cases, and on a Mission readiness tests at IRO. He was competing at World cups for search and rescue dogs at the International rescue dogs organization.
In 2012 he became a Search and rescue dog trainer at the national organization ERPS. He was the leader of a K9 Search group for missing persons in the capital city of Slovenia Ljubljana for 5 years. He has been teaching his own trailing classes since 2015 in the area of Ljubljana. He offers classes, seminars, and multiple-day training for civilians, SAR personnel, and professional handlers.
His first GAK9 seminar was with Jeff Schettler and Ben McBroom in Vienna. This was the moment he found and fell in love with the only true and honest trailing. Besides his training role, he is also working on Mantrailing and rubble search with his Belgium malinois Grapa Clever Fox and Labrador retriever Frida. He is also cooperating with the National search and rescue trailing group as a trainer.
Uroš has worked with a variety of professional dog trainers gaining knowledge in understanding dog behavior. With his wife Kaja, he runs the dog training business Fajn pes that covers many aspects of pet training and competition dog sports training. Upon his trailing school in Ljubljana and after a few years working with GAK9 trainers, Uroš was honored invited to join GAK9 as a trainer.
